Sita's journey

In this episode, Sita reflects on her journey growing up and navigating the transition into womanhood. Raised in an early environment that felt open and free, things later shifted, leaving little space for conversation or guidance around the body and sexuality.

While her spiritual upbringing brought a strong sense of sacredness, honour, and respect for the body, it also created a tension between reverence and repression, and a longing for freedom and self-expression.

Together, we explore how these experiences shaped her path, and what it might look like for young women to find balance, where curiosity, free expression, and exploration can coexist with self-respect, honour, and care for the body.
